Our Baby Goods Cleaning & Sanitising Process

At PRELOVED, we take the cleaning and sanitising of baby goods very seriously. We follow a thorough process to ensure that each item is cleaned to the highest possible standard.

Our process:

• Items must be brought to us directly or sent to us via Uber.
• Each item is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised, with particular attention given to all components and parts.
• We carefully check that all parts are correctly attached and assembled where applicable.
• Once cleaned, items are left to air-dry naturally. We do not use high-heat or forced drying methods, as these may compromise the integrity or condition of the item.
• The complete cleaning and drying process generally takes 2–3 days.
• Once the item is ready, we will notify you for collection. You are welcome to arrange an Uber or courier to collect the item on your behalf.

We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and care throughout our cleaning and sanitising process.

Please note:
While we make every effort to achieve the best possible cleaning results, we cannot guarantee the removal of mould, stains or permanent marks. We do not repair, restore or replace damaged, disintegrated or broken components, nor do we repair any parts of the item.
