PR3LOVED GOODS RETURN POLICY

Buyers have 24hrs from receiving (DAMAGED) goods via delivery to inform PR3LOVED that they would like a refund.

Buyers have 24hrs from receiving goods(NOT DAMAGED) via delivery to inform PR3LOVED that they would like a credit note.

Courier changes are not refundable.

Should you return your item, this is at your cost.

Items purchased on Preloved's site will have imperfections and marks of use as all items are used goods.

Once an item has been received, if the buyer is unhappy and wants to return this item, it can only be done within 24hrs and will result in the buyer returning the goods at their cost.
- Items bought in store are FINAL and voetstoots (denoting a sale in which the vendor is freed from all responsibility for the condition of the goods being sold.)

Deposits (SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY PAID TO KEEP GOODS ASIDE) are NON-REFUNDABLE, a store credit will be issued to the value of the deposit, should you choose not to go ahead and pay the remaining balance.
BRAND NEW (SEALED GOODS) RETURNS POLICY
It is your responsibility to read all instruction manuals properly while opening the Goods and before assembly of the Goods.
If you, as the consumer, have not had the opportunity to examine the item as it was sent by courier, you have the right to a reasonable opportunity to examine it to ensure it is suitable (section 19 (5)). Please notify us within 48 hours if any items are defective or missing. Change-of-mind returns are subject to store policy (section 1: Definition (c) of Consumer).
According to the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008: S 16, 19 (5) & (8), 20, 55 (3), 56, you as a consumer are entitled to a general right to return for 10 working days after delivery:

You are entitled to a 10 day cooling off period to cancel or exchange any purchase of any product or service from which they were delivered if it is defective or does not fit your needs.

Upon expiry of the “cooling-off” period no purchaser will be entitled to cancel or exchange any purchase.

No returns or exchanges are possible on pre-ordered items and display products that are sold online or in-store.

Goods need to be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all labels attached, within 10 days of receiving the item. You will be responsible for the return courier fees.

The package must:

Be undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;

Have the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).

Not be missing any accessories, parts or manuals;

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will exchange the item or refund you with the purchase price, excluding return shipping fees (if applicable) of the product within 10 days of the return.

If the original packaging have has been damaged, if the warranty cards have been removed or the product is soiled, 20% will be deducted from the selling price.

If Goods have been used, Yieldex baby (Pty) Ltd unfortunately cannot accept the return.

A refund will be affected to a purchaser exercising his/her right to cancel, within 15 days of cancellation, subject to costs deducted such as return courier fees. If you received free shipping, the cost of delivery shipping will be deducted as well.

EFT and Credit Card payments are the only payment methods where the transaction fee will not be deducted off your refund. Purchases made via Payflex, Masterpass, Scode, Scan to Pay or Zapper payments WILL incur transaction fees which will be deducted off your refund (up to 4.8%)

A refund or exchange will only take place when Yieldex Baby (PTY) LTD receives your parcel subject to the above-mentioned conditions.

If you fail to comply with the provisions of this Returns Policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
RENTAL POLICIES
Please note, we require a fully refundable deposit to ensure we can provide this amazing service for you all. This will be refunded to you on receipt of our goods back.
You will receive your item, professionally cleaned and sanitised and ready for use.
Please note, we provide this service on a first come first serve basis, the quicker we receive your payment, the quicker we reserve your space as we only have limited items for rental at the moment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- DEFINITIONS
- The “Hirer” is PR3LOVED BABY GOODS.
- The “Customer” shall mean the person, company, firm or other body taking the equipment on hire and includes their successors and/or personal representatives.
- The “Equipment” is the prams, feeding chairs, cots and other articles which BABY EXCHANGE agrees to hire to the Customer.
- The “Hire Period” is the period from the time the Customer takes possession of the Equipment until the Equipment is returned to PR3LOVED BABY GOODS.
- OWNERSHIP OF EQUIPMENT
- The Equipment remains the property of PR3LOVED BABY GOODS. The Customer purchases only the limited right to use the Equipment for the agreed Hire Period.
- PAYMENT
- Payment of the full cost of hiring the Equipment is payable to PR3LOVED BABY GOODS by the Customer before the commencement of the hire period, including any delivery and/or collection fees. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, cash or EFT (cheques not accepted). Payment of a refundable deposit is required before any goods are sent, and this will be refunded back once item is returned in good working order.
- ADVANCE BOOKING
- Payment of the full hire amount is required to secure a booking.Booking means that PR3LOVED BABY GOODS will not offer the booked Equipment to anyone else on the agreed dates. PR3LOVED BABY GOODS will take all reasonable care to have the Equipment available on the agreed dates but will not be responsible for any losses or consequential losses if the Equipment is not available on the agreed dates.
- CANCELLATIONS
- For cancellations more than 7 days before the commencement of the Hire Period, the Customer will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the full hire amount to cover costs incurred. For 7 days or less PR3LOVED BABY GOODS reserves the right to charge the full hire amount.
- DAMAGED, STAINED OR LOST EQUIPMENT
- The Customer must take all reasonable steps to protect the Equipment from loss or harm during the hire period. Equipment is hired out in clean and working condition. If the Equipment is found in the opinion of PR3LOVED BABY GOODS to be unreasonably soiled or damaged on return, PR3LOVED BABY GOODS reserve the right to charge the Customer for all cleaning costs up to and including the replacement price of the Equipment plus the reasonable cost of lost hires while the Equipment is unavailable. The Customer accepts that an additional charge may be due to cover cleaning, late return, damage or loss to the Equipment. In the unlikely event of BABY EXCHANGE having to take legal action and or pay for debt collection, the customer will be responsible for all legal costs incurred.
- LATE RETURN
- A charge equal to the daily hire fee will accrue per day for Equipment not returned by the date agreed. If the Equipment is not returned within 7 days of the end of the Hire Period, the Equipment will be deemed to be lost and the full replacement value will be charged.
- ALTERATIONS TO EQUIPMENT
- The Customer may not alter or modify the Equipment in any way.
- RE-HIRING
- The Equipment shall not be re-hired, sub-let or loaned to any third party without the knowledge and consent of PR3LOVED BABY GOODS who may at their discretion refuse such consent or require additional payment.
- CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES
- PR3LOVED BABY GOODS accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property or injury or death to person(s) in any form. Equipment is hired and used at the Customer’s own risk.
- CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
- All hire agreements with PR3LOVED BABY GOODS shall be subject to these conditions of business and no other. No variation of the terms shall be valid unless agreed in writing and signed on behalf of the Customer and PR3LOVED BABY GOODS.
- VARIATIONS AND WAIVERS
- PR3LOVED BABY GOODS may at their discretion waive or vary any of these conditions. Such variations and waivers will only have force if noted in writing and signed on behalf of PR3LOVED BABY GOODS.
- ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES
- All agreements made between PR3LOVED BABY GOODS and the Customer are individual to the Customer who shall not assign those rights or liabilities under any agreement subject to these conditions
