BUYER'S POLICY

  • Buyers have 24hrs from receiving their goods via delivery to inform PR3LOVED that they would like a refund. We will inspect the item on acceptance, should the item be faulty/damaged, a full refund will be processed. Should you like to return an item(that is not damaged) we will process a store credit that will be available to use within 12 months of date of purchase.

  • Items bought INSTORE are voetstoots and FINAL
  • Once items are purchased, items are cleaned and sanitised, which may cause a delay in lead time.

  • Delivery time is 5-7 business working days, but usually sooner.

  • Items purchased on Preloved site will have imperfections and marks of use as all items are used goods.

  • Once an item has been received, should you want to return it, we will offer a store credit to the value, this can only be done within 24hrs,

  • All our items are pictured and described as best of our ability but some other imperfections may exist.

  • PRELOVED tries it best to ensure items are delivered on time, however cannot be held responsible for delays of any sort.

  • Courier changes are not refundable.

  • Should you return your delivered item, this is at your cost.

  • PLEASE NOTE: In some instances, we may CANCEL your order due to items not being available anymore, or if we are not happy to send the items upon inspection before dispatch (damaged or not in good order) in this case, we can offer you alternatives or we will refund your monies IMMEDIATELY to your card, however this refund can take up to 7 working days to reflect (depending on your bank).


SELLER'S POLICY

  • All goods to be in good working order and excellent condition. Any damage along with any missing or defective parts need to be disclosed upfront. 

  • Goods will be inspected by the Buyer and thus the Buyer reserves the right to not accept the goods If damaged in anyway. If items are couriered to the buyer and the buyer chooses to return the item, the seller will not be paid for the item and the item will be return to the seller at the sellers cost if item is damaged/faulty/cannot be used.

  • PR3LOVED requires you as the Seller to drop your goods off in Sandton at PR3LOVED’s address once PR3LOVED has a Buyer for the goods. If a courier is arranged to collect the goods, you as the buyer are required and responsible to wrap up the goods in a protective way in order for them to be transported. Only once the goods are received will payment be made. This allows for ease for both seller and buyer as well as how we service other provinces. We settle payment once the buyer has confirmed satisfaction. We have our reputation to uphold and ensure payment is made as goods are received by the buyer. We do this all the time and require your trust in this regard. 

  • Any goods received dirty and require professional cleaning and sanitizing will hold a fee (to be determined) that will come off the amount paid to seller.

  • Any goods dropped off for selling via consignment on our shop floor, WILL be cleaned and sanitised at PR3LOVED'S COST(as we do not display goods that are not clean and sanitised to our standard), however if you choose to collect these items before we have sold them, YOU; as the seller will be liable for the full cost of the cleaning (to be determined based on the items).
  • Any goods sent dirty and not wrapped properly, will be returned to PR3LOVED, and released to seller once the courier fees have been settled.
  • To maintain our brand reputation, once PR3LOVED notifies the Seller that a Buyer has been found for the Seller's good/s, the Seller may not proceed to sell that item in their private capacity.. 

  • PR3LOVED will not be held liable for any loss or damage to any goods in our possession.

  • Should a seller send a product that is faulty, misrepresented or damaged in any way or missing parts and the item cannot be used properly by the buyer, the commission of 25% will be charged to the seller as-well as all transport and any other costs in-cured due to the seller not disclosing that the item cannot be used properly/faulty or damaged. Pr3loved reserves the right to keep the item to defray costs should the seller refuse to compensate for the losses in-cured.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in renting from YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD. Formal invoice has been sent to you. Acceptance & Payment of invoice means you have agreed to our terms and conditions.

Please note, we require a fully refundable deposit to ensure we can provide this amazing service for you all. This will be refunded to you on receipt of our goods back.

You will receive your item, professionally cleaned and sanitised and ready for use.

Please note, we provide this service on a first come first serve basis, the quicker we receive your payment, the quicker we reserve your space as we only have limited items for rental.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. DEFINITIONS

2. The “Hirer” is YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD.

3. The “Customer” shall mean the person, company, firm or other body taking the equipment on hire and includes their successors and/or personal representatives.

4. The “Equipment” is the prams, feeding chairs, cots and other articles which YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD agrees to hire to the Customer.

5. The “Hire Period” is the period from the time the Customer takes possession of the Equipment until the Equipment is returned to YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD.

6. OWNERSHIP OF EQUIPMENT

The Equipment remains the property of YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD. The Customer purchases only the limited right to use the Equipment for the agreed Hire Period. If the time period is exceeded, funds will be adequately deducted in accordance from deposit, should the exceeded period exceed the deposit, customer will be required to pay additional rental fee’s.

8. PAYMENT

Payment of the full cost of hiring the Equipment is payable to YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD by the Customer before the commencement of the hire period, including any delivery and/or collection fees. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, cash or EFT (cheques not accepted). Payment of a refundable deposit is required before any goods are sent, and this will be refunded back once item is returned in good working order. If the time period is exceeded, funds will be adequately deducted in accordance from deposit, should the exceeded period exceed the deposit, customer will be required to pay additional rental fee’s

10. ADVANCE BOOKING

Payment of the full hire amount is required to secure a booking. Booking means that YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD will not offer the booked Equipment to anyone else on the agreed dates. YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD will take all reasonable care to have the Equipment available on the agreed dates but will not be responsible for any losses or consequential losses if the Equipment is not available on the agreed dates.

12. CANCELLATIONS

For cancellations more than 7 days before the commencement of the Hire Period, the Customer will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the full hire amount to cover costs incurred. For 7 days or less PR3LOVED BABY GOODS reserves the right to charge the full hire amount.

14. DAMAGED, STAINED OR LOST EQUIPMENT

The Customer must take all reasonable steps to protect the Equipment from loss or harm during the hire period. Equipment is hired out in clean and working condition. If the Equipment is found in the opinion of YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD to be unreasonably soiled or damaged on return, YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD reserve the right to charge the Customer for all cleaning costs up to and including the replacement price of the Equipment plus the reasonable cost of lost hires while the Equipment is unavailable. The Customer accepts that an additional charge may be due to cover cleaning, late return, damage or loss to the Equipment. In the unlikely event of YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD having to take legal action and or pay for debt collection, the customer will be responsible for all legal costs incurred.

16. LATE RETURN

A charge equal to the daily hire fee will accrue per day for Equipment not returned by the date agreed. If the Equipment is not returned within 7 days of the end of the Hire Period, the Equipment will be deemed to be lost and the full replacement value will be charged. An invoice of full NEW replacement will be sent and no deductions of the rental period will be made from this value. The value will be the FULL NEW REPLACEMENT VALUE.

18. ALTERATIONS TO EQUIPMENT

The Customer may not alter or modify the Equipment in any way.

20. RE-HIRING

The Equipment shall not be re-hired, sub-let or loaned to any third party without the knowledge and consent of YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD who may at their discretion refuse such consent or require additional payment.

22. CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES

YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property or injury or death to person(s) in any form. Equipment is hired and used at the Customer’s own risk.

24. CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

All hire agreements with YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD shall be subject to these conditions of business and no other. No variation of the terms shall be valid unless agreed in writing and signed on behalf of the Customer and YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD.

26. VARIATIONS AND WAIVERS

PR3LOVED BABY GOODS may at their discretion waive or vary any of these conditions. Such variations and waivers will only have force if noted in writing and signed on behalf of YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD.

28. ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES

All agreements made between YIELDEX BABY (PTY) LTD and the Customer are individual to the Customer who shall not assign those rights or liabilities under any agreement subject to these conditions 

Cancellation policy

Once a booking is confirmed and you want to cancel all or any part of the requested rental product(s) you will receive a refund as follows:

 

100% Refund

15 day or more prior to start of reservation

50% Refund

10 – 15 days prior to start of reservation

25% Refund

5 – 10 days prior to start of reservation

0% Refund

5 days prior to start of reservation

30. Full deposit will be refunded If there is no damage or missing parts when item is returned, funds will be deducted from the deposit should you exceed your rental period. If the Equipment is not returned within 7 days of the end of the Hire Period, the Equipment will be deemed to be lost and the full replacement value will be charged. An invoice of full NEW replacement will be sent and no deductions of the rental period will be made from this value. The value will be the FULL NEW REPLACEMENT VALUE.
