Gratitude Is a Powerful Catalyst for Happiness ❤️
Today, I’m writing from the very bottom of my heart to say thank you.
Thank you to every incredible mommy who has supported PR3LOVED, trusted us, recommended us, purchased from us, sold through us, sent us a message, shared a post or simply cheered us on from the sidelines.
I am genuinely humbled by the love and support we have received over the years. What started as a little idea born from my own experience as a mom has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.
And for that, I will always be grateful.
When I started PR3LOVED, my goal was very simple: I wanted to help other moms avoid the unnecessary and VERY expensive mistakes I made.
I wanted to share what I had learnt — the things you really need, the things you probably don't, and the products that can genuinely make motherhood a little easier.
Because becoming a mom can be overwhelming. There are endless products, endless opinions and, somehow, every shop makes you feel like you need another ten things!
I know how nerve-wracking it can be trying to choose the right products for the most precious little person — or people — who are about to enter your world.
So, thank you for trusting me to be part of that journey.
For many years, I wanted to remain anonymous and simply work behind the scenes. But as PR3LOVED has grown, I’ve realised that there is something special about knowing the person behind the screen — knowing the story, the passion and the reason why we do what we do.
So, it’s time I properly introduced myself.
Hi, I’m Lexi ❤️
I’m a mom to three beautiful boys, and, in many ways, PR3LOVED is my fourth baby.
My journey into motherhood wasn’t quite what I had expected.
I struggled for several years to have my first son and, after one round of IVF, I was incredibly blessed to welcome my beautiful firstborn into the world.
My whole world changed.
Like so many new moms, I wanted to give him everything. I spent almost every cent I earned on baby products — and honestly, I often wish PR3LOVED had existed back then!
I fell for every “special”, every beautiful display and every product that I was convinced I absolutely needed.
I used to justify my shopping by saying:
“It’s okay… I’m not going to have any more children.”
Well… life had a very different plan for me!
When my firstborn was just six months old, I fell pregnant naturally with twin boys.
Yes… TWINS! 😂
I was absolutely overjoyed, but also completely terrified.
Suddenly, I was going to have three babies in just 14 months!
And because apparently three wasn’t already enough of a theme in my life, my three boys were born just two days before my 30th birthday — on the 30th of the 3rd month.
My lucky number has always been 3, and somehow the number has followed me everywhere:
3 boys.
3 dogs.
3 babies.
And probably 3 million different personalities living under one roof! 😂
And that is where PR3LOVED got its name.
And Then Came PR3LOVED…
After having my first baby, I quickly learnt just how little some baby products are actually used.
When I discovered I was expecting twins, I knew there was no way I could — or wanted to — buy everything again at full retail prices.
So I started searching for premium, pre-loved baby products.
And that’s when I discovered the problem.
I didn’t want to meet strangers at petrol stations or random locations. I didn’t want to travel to someone’s home not knowing what I was going to find. I didn’t want to risk being scammed.
And I certainly didn’t want to spend another fortune buying everything brand new.
I remember thinking:
Surely there has to be a better way?
And that was my lightbulb moment.
I wanted to create a safe, professional and trustworthy space where moms could buy and sell quality pre-loved baby products without the stress, uncertainty and risks that often come with private selling platforms.
So I decided to build it myself.
And PR3LOVED was born.
Our mission has always been about more than simply selling baby products.
It’s about helping moms make better choices.
I truly believe in buying less, buying better and buying consciously.
Babies grow so quickly, and so many beautiful, high-quality products are used for such a short period of time. Why spend thousands on something that may only be needed for a few months when you can give a premium pre-loved product a second life?
That is the heart of PR3LOVED.
And I am so proud of the service we have built around it.
We carefully assess the products that come through our doors, we aim to be completely transparent about condition and, most importantly, we are here to make the experience easier for you.
Whether you’re buying your first pram, preparing for twins, looking for that one product your baby suddenly cannot live without, or simply have no idea where to start…

Seven years.
Sometimes I have to stop and think about that because I still remember the little idea that started all of this.
What began with one mom trying to solve a problem for herself has grown into a business, a community and a brand that I am incredibly proud to put my name behind.
And now, as we enter our next chapter, we are growing once again.
Welcome, REDSBABY! ❤️
One of the things I am most excited about is our introduction of REDSBABY — a brand that I genuinely believe is incredibly well suited to the South African lifestyle.
Living in South Africa comes with its own unique challenges when it comes to baby products.
We drive everywhere. We need products that fit into our cars. We need lightweight, practical and easy-to-fold solutions. We need products that are innovative without being complicated, beautiful without compromising on functionality, and most importantly, products that make everyday life with children easier.
REDSBABY ticks every one of those boxes.
And I am particularly excited about the SKIP2 travel stroller.
It is lightweight, compact, easy to fold and designed to make travelling and everyday life so much simpler. It fits beautifully into the way we live here in South Africa — and our customers are already loving it!
Watching the SKIP2 fly off our shelves has been incredibly exciting, and it makes me even more passionate about what we are building.
We don’t simply want to sell more products.
We want to change the way moms shop for their babies.
We want to help moms make informed decisions, spend their money wisely and invest in products that genuinely add value to their lives.
Because motherhood is expensive enough without buying things you don’t need. ❤️
And This Is Only The Beginning…
As we look ahead, I am incredibly excited about what the future holds for PR3LOVED and REDSBABY.
We are growing, learning, evolving and constantly looking for ways to make the experience better for our moms.
We are also excited to continue growing our team and creating more opportunities as the business develops.
But despite all the growth, one thing will never change:
PR3LOVED will always be built around moms helping moms.
It will always be personal.
It will always be about trust.
And it will always be about doing things a little differently.
What started as one mom’s frustration has grown into a business with a much bigger purpose:
